Paul Espie, Investment Director
Paul established Pacific Road Group (“PRG”), an investment bank focusing on resources and infrastructure transactions in 1986.  He was Chairman of Oxiana Limited during the company making acquisition and development of the Sepon copper/gold deposit in Laos (2000 to 2003) and prior to that Chairman of Cobar Mines Pty Ltd following a management buy-out of the Cobar copper mine in 1993.  Prior to establishing PRG, Paul was Managing Director of Bank of America Australia, responsible for the bank’s operations in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea with a concentration on the Australian resources industries.  Currently Chairman of Australian Infrastructure Fund his former Boards include Hastings Funds Management, Adelaide Brighton and the Australian Merchant Banking Association.  He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and is also a member of the Australasian Committee of the Eisenhower Exchange Foundation.
