Alfredo Iodine Project – Chile

 In June 2008 PRRF entered into an Option to Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the Alfredo Iodine Project from Sociedad Contractual Minera La Fortaleza.  In August 2010 PRRF sold the Alfredo project for Li3 Energy for shares in Li3 Energy and cash payable on achieving project development milestones.
