Advisory Board

Tony Iannello   Tony Iannello holds a number of non executive directorships and advisory roles with a diverse group of companies.

He is a director of SP Ausnet and chairs its Audit and Risk Management Committee, Chair of the MG Kailis group of companies, Chair of Aviva Corporation Ltd, Chair of Harrier Resourcing People Pty Ltd, director of HBF Health Fund and its general insurance subsidiary, member of the Pacific Road Corporate Finance Ltd Advisory Board, and member of the Murdoch University Senate.  

Prior to embarking on a non executive director career, Tony was Managing Director of Western Power Corporation, which on 1 April 2006, was split into four successor entities in line with the Government’s electricity reform agenda. Tony took charge at a time when there were enormous challenges for the company, and under his leadership the company significantly lifted its performance, addressing many legacy issues, as well as driving change to deliver disaggregation within a tight timeframe.  

Previously Tony held a number of general management and senior executive positions at BankWest, being a key driver of growth and change initiatives within the company.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a Fellow of the Australian Society of CPA.
