San Francisco Gold Mine – Mexico

In June 2008, PRRF agreed to a private placement in Timmins Gold Corp.

Timmins Gold Corp is a TSX Venture listed company focused on re-commissioning the San Francisco Gold Mine in Sonora State, Mexico.  The San Francisco Gold Mine is an advanced stage short lead time gold project with near mine resource expansion potential and a package of prospective Mexican exploration properties.  The San Francisco Gold Mine operated from 1996 to 2001 producing in excess of 300,000 ounces of gold with current probable reserves of approximately 611,000 ounces. Construction of this project is now underway, with commissioning expected in second quarter 2009.
