|  Peter Nolan, Executive Director
Peter Nolan has extensive experience in investment banking covering a wide range of industries in Australia and overseas. Prior to joining Pacific Road, he was a senior executive at Westpac Project and Advisory Services Limited and in the corporate finance department of a leading South African merchant bank.
Peter has advised clients in the private sector and government on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, divestments and corporate reconstructions. He has had extensive experience in valuations, structuring and financing through his responsibility for numerous assignments in the private sector and for governments including privatisation roles.
Peter is a graduate with Honours in Economics from the University of Witwatersrand, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and an Associate of Finsia.
