Status:  Operating mine service business

In May 2009 PRRF provided acquisition funding predominantly in the form of convertible notes for ASX listed energy company Pacific Energy Limited to complete the purchase of off-grid remote mine site power generation business Kalgoorlie Power Systems (KPS).

• Contracted capacity increased by 30%+ since acquisition
• KPS provides diesel and gas fired power generation solutions to remote mine sites on a build, own, operate basis
• Medium to long term contracts; contracts historically extend with mine life
• Proven  track record and strong industry recognition, with significant expansion opportunities
