|  Nick Jorss, Director
Nick joined Pacific Road after completing his MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management and the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester in New York, where he specialised in the finance stream. Prior to this, Nick worked as a project engineer for Baulderstone Hornibrook. There he held responsible roles on several large construction projects including the Bolte Bridge which forms part of the Melbourne City Link tollway, the Kutubu oil project in Papua New Guinea and the New International Terminal at Brisbane Airport.
His work at Pacific Road has been in the infrastructure, engineering services and resources sectors on privatisations, trade sales, acquisitions and project financing. Transactions include the privatisation of the South Australian electricity industry, the sale of coal mines in New Zealand, the privatisation of the Brisbane Markets, the financing of the Sepon gold and copper mine in Laos, the Aurukun bauxite project and acquisition advice to a number of clients in the engineering sector.
Nick is a graduate with Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Queensland and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia.
