|  Miles Armstrong, Senior Advisor
Miles Armstrong has been involved in the banking industry for over thirty years and has worked extensively in Australia and Asia, as well as having assignments in the UK and US.
Prior to joining Pacific Road in May 1998, Miles was the head of investment banking for Jardine Fleming Limited (based in Hong Kong), where he was responsible for that firm’s corporate finance and capital markets business in the Asia/Australasia region from 1995 to 1998. He was also a Managing Director of CS First Boston Inc., being responsible for its investment banking business in Australia from 1986 to 1994. Prior to that Miles held various senior positions over fourteen years with The Chase Manhattan Bank NA.
Miles is Chairman of Pacific Road Corporate Finance New Zealand Limited, our New Zealand subsidiary. He is also Vice Chairman of St. Luke’s Care, a Sydney based, not-for-profit organisation active in the health and aged care sector.
Miles has a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University in Wellington.
