|  Mike Fitzpatrick (Consultant)

Mike Fitzpatrick has over 28 years in the financial services sector. He is chairman of the Victorian Funds Management Corporation, which manages funds on behalf of the State of Victoria, and of Treasury Group Limited, an incubator of fund management companies. His other non executive directorship, include Rio Tinto Limited and Rio Tinto plc.
Prior to establishing Hastings, Mike was a director of CS First Boston. He also previously held positions with Merrill Lynch and First Boston in New York, the Victorian Treasury and Telecom Australia.
He is Chairman of the Australian Football League having previously played the game professionally, and is a former chairman of the Australian Sports Commission, a former member of the Melbourne Park Tennis Centre Trust, and a former director of the Carlton Football Club.
Mike has a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Oxford University where he was the 1975 Rhodes Scholar from Western Australia.
