|  Michael Coffey, Executive Director
Michael Coffey gained his early experience in a variety of public and private industries at Price Waterhouse before joining the Corporate Finance division of Coopers & Lybrand.
In the last 12 years at Pacific Road, Michael has advised on privatisations, mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital raisings, project advice and advice to Governments and its corporate entities.
Michael has been heavily involved in transactions in the power and utilities sectors.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia.
