|  Jeremy Ellis
Mr Ellis holds a number of directorships and external appointments in Australia. He is a Director of ANZ Banking Group Limited, Chairman of Pacifica Group Limited, Black Range Minerals and a new body resulting from the amalgamation of the Australian Golfing Union (AGU) and the Ladies Golfing Union (LGU). Mr Ellis is the Chancellor of Monash University and a Consultant to the Monash Energy Advisory Board. Previous positions include Chairman of The BHP Company Limited and Chairman of Sandvik Australia.
