|  Don Hudson, Director
Don joined Pacific Road after working for Cutfield Freeman & Co in New Zealand and London and Standard Bank London specialising in M&A and project finance advice to the resources sector. Experience includes assisting on international transactions for major resources companies Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and ExxonMobil as well as providing corporate finance and strategic advice to a number of mid-tier and emerging Australian mining companies.
Prior to focusing on the resources sector Don worked with ABN AMRO and was involved in the privatisations of Contact Energy by the New Zealand Government and Queensland TAB. He practiced as a corporate solicitor for 5 years in New Zealand and London before moving into finance.
Don holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand and completed a Masters of Finance at the London Business School in 1999.
